How do I get off your list of email subscriptions?

To unsubscribe from our promotions, just open any of our promotional emails and scroll to the bottom of the message to delete your account. Please allow up to 3 business days for your subscription to be cancelled.

I ordered something but have yet to receive a confirmation. Please assist me.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation after a few minutes, check your spam and subscription email folders first.

If you still can’t find your order confirmation and order number, please contact us and let us know;

·       What payment method was used (credit card, debit card, afterpay, and Laybuy) and your email address.  If you paid by credit card, please provide us with the last four digits of your credit card. Please let us know the reference number you received from afterpay or Laybuy if you paid by either of these options.

We’ll be able to use this information to look up your order number.

Do you accept credit cards? What payment alternatives do you provide?

We provide a variety of payment options, which can be chosen at checkout, such as:

  • Mastercard
  • Direct debit (via Account2Account)
  • Afterpay

I need to alter or cancel items on my order.

You can add additional items to your purchase at any time. We won’t be able to charge you for any more goods you want to include until your order is completed and paid. You’ll need to place a new order for these things.

Swap products If you’d prefer to exchange for the same item purchased, we may be able to assist you in obtaining it in stock and letting you know as soon as possible. Due to the high number of orders being sent during sale periods, swapping is not allowed.

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed, as we do not have the ability to identify a mistake at the time of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may prevent other shipments from being sent to you.

What is crisisinterventioncenter.org’s return policy?

We hope you enjoy your new crisisinterventioncenter.org steroids as much as we do. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we have a Returns Policy in place.

How to exchange or return a product

If you have received your purchase and something is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please fill out a return form for a replacement, credit, or refund. You must provide us with a clear image of the problem, the product’s expiration and batch number, your order number and the item affected within seven days of receiving your shipment.

Your return application will be evaluated by our customer support staff.

Allow 2-3 working days for a response from our Customer Services representative. Please wait until we’ve completed our investigation before discarding any supplies.

We accept returns for 7 days after the purchase has been made. If this period has elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a store credit in exchange for your stuff.

Damaged Items

We will contact CourierPost and begin an investigation if your item appears to be damaged upon delivery. Please retain all packing; in rare cases, CourierPost may need to retrieve the items for inspection.

Incorrect Items

We will organise for an incorrect item to be returned and replaced for free if you receive one. Please make sure that any faulty goods are not opened or in sellable condition before returning them otherwise we won’t be able to accept them.

If you need to make a return, the SITE must receive your products within 21 days of their delivery. Because of health and safety concerns, items returned after this period will not be accepted.

What are the shipping options?

Please be advised that during sale and holiday periods, as well as when large quantities of purchases are received, dispatch and delivery might take longer. If you need your item quickly, consider our upgrade options. There will be no deliveries on weekends or holidays.

Is it possible to update my delivery address?

You are unable to modify the shipping address under your account once you’ve placed an order online. We can attempt to change the address for you in a brief window of time because we pick and pack orders promptly.

The fastest and best way to update an address on your order is to call us or email with “”Change of address”” as the subject line with your order number. We’ll do our best to help you out.
